TERMS OF USE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website and its services ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Nature of Service

IMPORTANT: This Platform is provided as a PROTOTYPE and EXPERIMENTAL service.

  • All modules and features are provided on a "best effort" basis
  • No guarantee of availability, uptime, or reliability is provided
  • Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice
  • This is NOT a production-grade system and should not be relied upon for critical functions

3. User Accounts and Data

  • You must provide a valid email address to use certain features
  • You may use a nickname; I discourage use of real names
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform

4. Data Retention

  • I maintain minimal data retention
  • All data is permanently deleted after this period
  • Transaction records are logged via email only
  • I do not guarantee data recovery or backup services

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Use the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
  • Scrape, data mine, or automatically collect information without permission
  • Use the Platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent

6. User-Generated Content

  • You retain ownership of any content you submit
  • By submitting content, you grant me a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute it solely for Platform operation
  • You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit
  • I reserve the right to remove any content at my sole discretion

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, features, and functionality (excluding user-generated content) are owned by the Platform operator and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. I am not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

9. Termination

I reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

10. Modifications

I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Service Description

This Platform provides multiple prototype modules as experimental software services. All services are provided free of charge with usage limitations.

2. No Service Level Agreement (SLA)

CRITICAL NOTICE:

  • There is NO guaranteed uptime or availability
  • Service interruptions may occur at any time
  • No compensation will be provided for service disruptions
  • The Platform may be taken offline for maintenance without notice

3. Usage Limitations

  • Services are subject to usage limits that may be imposed at any time
  • Limits may be changed without notice
  • Excessive use may result in account suspension or termination

4. Donations

  • The Platform accepts voluntary donations to support operational costs
  • Donations are non-refundable
  • Donations do not entitle donors to any additional services, features, or guarantees
  • Donations do not create any contractual obligations
  • Future system upgrades are contingent on donation levels and are not guaranteed

5. Transaction Logging

  • All transactions between users, companies, and the system are logged
  • Email confirmations serve as proof of transactions
  • I do not maintain permanent database records of transactions
  • You are responsible for maintaining your own records

6. Security

While I implement reasonable security measures:

  • I cannot guarantee absolute security
  • You use the Platform at your own risk
  • I am not liable for any security breaches or data loss
  • You are responsible for protecting your account credentials

7. NO WARRANTIES

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties of non-infringement
  • Warranties of accuracy, reliability, or completeness
  • Warranties of security or freedom from errors, bugs, or viruses
  • Warranties of uninterrupted or timely access

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • The Platform operator shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • This includes loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
  • This limitation applies even if I have been advised of the possibility of such damages
  • This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise)
  • My total liability shall not exceed $10 USD or the amount you donated in the past 12 months, whichever is greater

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Platform operator from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Any content you submit to the Platform

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be resolved through:

  1. Good faith negotiation
  2. If unresolved, binding arbitration in Malaysia
  3. Each party bears their own costs

11. Force Majeure

I am not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond my reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS

Experimental Nature

This Platform is experimental and provided for testing and evaluation purposes. It is not production-ready and should not be used for mission-critical applications.

No Professional Advice

Nothing on this Platform constitutes professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise). Consult qualified professionals for specific advice.

Best Efforts Only

All services are provided on a "best efforts" basis. I make no guarantees about quality, functionality, or availability.

Individual Operator

This Platform is operated by an individual, not a corporation. My liability is limited by my resources and applicable law.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Any decisions made based on Platform information
  • Maintaining backups of important data
  • Compliance with applicable laws

ACCEPTANCE

By using this Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these documents, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
